Elthon DJEUTCHA is the Best TV reporter for 2012.

The revelation was made public Friday in a colourful ceremony organised by the committee set up by the Mediation Press President Marion OBAM MAHEL.

The award for the Best print report was given to seasoned senior journalist and activist of Le Jour private daily.

At a glance, the distinguished, excited and outstanding Newsmen and Women saw this as a source of encouragement in the hard 24 hour information business.

‘I am very happy and surprised at this marvellous discovery and I intend through hardwork to maintain the zeal and spirit of hardwork’

Elthon Djeutcha testified.

‘It is a huge surprise and I am much delighted to receive the prize which hitherto encourages me to make good use of my pen, pad and investigative skill to keep my readers abreast with the latest’ Denis NKWEBO affirmed.

The colourful evening was crowned with a fashion parade which saw an artistic display of  talents in the Newsmen and women.

Dressed in Beautifully designed outfits,  unlike the daily rugged-edge clothes worn every day in the information hunt for News, these intellectuals had fun, hoping to continue with the daily News scoffle and struggle in a tight press freedom atmosphere censoring credibility, accuracy and truth.
